As we discuss my progress, I can visually point out pain areas, demonstrate physical movements and my performance of assigned exercises. Plus I can view and discuss new exercise videos for inclusion in my Embodia rehab program. The online telerehabilitation session is a very convenient and productive alternative, when an in-office appointment is not needed
